History is more than just memorizing facts and dates, it is about understanding the connections between people and across time. Jason Steinhauer is a public historian at the Library of Congress whose History Relevance Campaign and History Communicators advocates for a more intelligent and informed citizenry based on the knowledge of our past. He joins my COM107 class at Syracuse to discuss the unique role of media in this process.
